This Return Policy applies to goods purchased through the Akcurin Inc d/b/a AKCHURIN NEW YORK online boutique at akchurin.com and shipped within the United States. It also sets forth cancellation and refund rules for hospitality and residence stays arranged by Akcurin Inc. Please read carefully.

PART A: RETURN OF GOODS

1. Scope
This goods return policy applies only to physical luxury goods purchased online through Akcurin Inc d/b/a AKCHURIN NEW YORK and shipped to addresses within the United States. We do not process returns for orders shipped outside the United States because we do not currently accept international orders.

2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. After the return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days. Return requests received after 14 days will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be:

• In new, unused, unworn condition.
• In its original packaging, including the outer carton, inner box, dust bag, protective covers, certificates of authenticity, authentication cards, care booklets, and any other included materials.
• With all original tags and security seals intact and attached.
• Unaltered, unmonogrammed, unembroidered, and not customized in any way.
• Free of perfume, cosmetic stains, scratches, scuffs, signs of wear, or alterations.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these strict conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:

• Made-to-order, bespoke, custom, or personalized items.
• Items altered or repaired after delivery.
• Items with removed or tampered security tags.
• Intimate or hygienic items where sealed packaging has been opened, unless defective.
• Gift cards and virtual experiences.

5. Authentication Process
All returned goods are subject to a multi-point authentication and quality inspection by Akcurin Inc. If an item fails authentication or shows signs of use, the return will be refused, and the item will be returned to you at your expense. To protect the integrity of our products, we may use forensic authentication methods.

6. Restocking Fee
If the item is returned in perfect original condition with all packaging, tags, and components, no restocking fee applies. If the item is returned with missing packaging, detached tags, or minor signs of handling, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may be deducted from the refund.

7. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. You must use a trackable, insured shipping method and retain proof of shipment. Akcurin Inc is not liable for return packages lost in transit.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is defective or was shipped in error, you must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at Info@akchurin.com with your order number, photographs, and a description. We will provide a prepaid return label. Upon inspection and confirmation, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

9. Return Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange:
a. Contact Info@akchurin.com within the 14-day window with your order number and reason.
b. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number.
c. Ship the item within 7 days of RMA issuance using the approved method.
d. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

10. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after inspection and authentication, typically within 10 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear. We do not issue cash refunds.

11. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability and must follow the same eligibility conditions. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund subject to this policy.

12. Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased before or after a sale or promotion.

PART B: CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS FOR HOSPITALITY AND RESIDENCE STAYS

13. Separate Rules
Cancellation, deposit, and refund rules for hospitality and residence stays are separate from the goods return policy. All stays are confirmed through separate agreements.

14. Deposit and Balance
Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation:

• A reservation deposit of 50% of the total stay amount is due at booking.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

15. Cancellation by Guest
If you cancel a confirmed stay:

• More than 60 days before arrival: the deposit will be refunded, less a 5% administrative fee.
• 30 to 59 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained by Akcurin Inc.
• Fewer than 30 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the deposit and any balance paid will be forfeited.

These cancellation charges are agreed as reasonable liquidated damages and not as a penalty.

16. Cancellation by Akcurin Inc
If Akcurin Inc cancels a stay for reasons other than force majeure, all amounts paid will be fully refunded. If a stay is interrupted after arrival due to Akcurin Inc’s fault, we will refund the unused portion of the stay.

17. Force Majeure
If a stay cannot be performed due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or infrastructure failures, Akcurin Inc will offer a rescheduled date or credit for a future stay. If rescheduling is not feasible within 12 months, a refund of amounts paid may be issued at our discretion. No monetary refund beyond amounts paid will be due unless required by law.

18. No Right of Rescission
Hospitality and residence reservations are not subject to the goods return timeframe or to any statutory right of rescission once confirmed, except as expressly provided in this Part B.

PART C: GENERAL

19. Geographic Limitation
This Return Policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States. We do not process international returns.

20. Dispute Resolution
